Thrive 360
You are one resource away. Thrive360 is that resource.
About Thrive 360
Aging out of foster care means leaving the only system that ever had to care for you — often with nothing but a bag of belongings and a birthday. No roadmap. No safety net. No one whose job it is to make sure you’re okay.
Thrive360 exists for this moment. For the 18-year-old navigating their first apartment lease. The 20-year-old trying to build credit without a co-signer. The 22-year-old who never had a mentor show them what a career actually looks like from the inside.
Thrive360 wraps young adults in the mentorship, resources, and community they need to build real, lasting stability. Not just to survive the transition — but to thrive through it and beyond it. Emotionally. Economically. Relationally. All three.
-

Stability
Navigation support for housing, employment, financial literacy, and the practical skills of independent living — the things no one teaches you if no one taught them.
-

Mentorship
A consistent, trusted adult who shows up not because it’s their job — but because the young person matters. Mentors who provide guidance, accountability, and belief.
-

A Network
Connections to opportunities, resources, and a peer community of young adults on the same journey. Because thriving is rarely a solo achievement.
Why it Matters
The moment a young person ages out of foster care is one of the highest-risk moments of their life. Without intentional intervention, the transition from surviving the system to building a stable life is nearly impossible to navigate alone. Thrive360 closes that gap.
50%
of former foster youth experience homelessness within 2 years of aging out
Economic stability and educational attainment are deeply connected — and deeply out of reach for most young adults who age out without support. Thrive360 is designed to change those numbers: one mentorship relationship, one resource, one young adult at a time.
6%
of foster youth earn a bachelor’s degree by age 26
