ARK partners with local schools to provide students with access to transformative programs, mentorship, leadership development, and real-world opportunities that extend beyond the classroom.

By working alongside educators, administrators, and community organizations, ARK DC helps create supportive environments where students can develop confidence, critical life skills, career awareness, and pathways toward long-term success.

These partnerships are designed to complement the important work schools are already doing by providing enrichment opportunities focused on leadership development, mentorship, personal growth, workforce readiness, and social-emotional support.

Women Empower x ARK: Nurturing Leaders — EmpowerHER

Women Empower is a community of bold, purpose-driven women who believe in the power of showing up for the next generation. Through their partnership with ARK - Advancing Resilience & Knowledge, Women Empower members serve as mentors for middle and high school girls navigating real-life challenges — from family instability and incarceration to foster care, addiction, and abandonment.

As a mentor, you don't need all the answers. You just need to show up — consistently, wholeheartedly, and with a heart for impact. Your presence, encouragement, and lived experience can help a young girl recognize the strength and potential that already lives within her.
